QUEENSLAND, Australia October, 2013 – More women than ever before are now getting stuck in obsessive cycles in an attempt to beat the battle of the bulge once and for all. Lyn Woodward was a self-confessed “yo-yo dieter” when she started out in the health and fitness industry as a Fitness Instructor 18 years ago. Struggling to keep her own weight under control, Lyn taught 30 strenuous group exercise classes a week while binge eating lollies and muffins, and drinking gallons of Gatorade just to keep her energy up.

“When I approached the age of 40, I had a bit of a mid-life crisis and realised that I didn’t want to diet and beat myself up mentally and physically, for another 40 years so I looked into the mindset of successful, slim, fit, and healthy people,” Lyn continues.

Lyn has trained in many modalities specialising in emotional and behavioural change work, and spent years developing her own unique weight loss program designed to create lasting results by first changing people’s mindset, and then the resulting behaviour.
